  Inspector note: 3-305.11 OBSERVED A UNCOVERED SEWER PIPE LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT FOOD PREP AREA AND 1ST FLOOR FRONT FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PROTECTION (SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE MATERIAL) AROUND SAID SEWER PIPES IN ORDER TO PROTECT FROM ANY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
