    Inspector note: Shellfish found without tags in place. Found 40 lbs of raw Oysters inside walk-in-cooler and 40 lbs of frozen Clams inside walk-in-freezer without shellfish tag with products. Instructed that shellfish tags must stay with product until completely emptied and tag remain on premises for 90 days. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(B-2). Manager voluntarily denatured and discarded 80 lbs, value $200.
