INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO HAVE DRAIN FREE AND CLEAR OF GREASE AND FOOD, AND TO HAVE ALL COMPARTMNTS DRAIN WITH OUT BACKING UP INTO OTHER COMPARTMENTS.
