Manager corrected during inspection and voluntarily discarded and denatured the food. Also, instructed manager on proper storage temperatures for potentially hazardous foods. Instructed to manager that cleaning equipment (i.e. mops and brooms) must be stored off the floor to prevent pest harborage and to air dry equipment.
