    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin/insect infestations.Observed evidence of appx.14 live roaches on floors in prep area,on wall in between upper shelving unit in rear prep area,crawling around in paper and food boxes in basement storage area and in between pallets in same areas and crawling on plates above steam table.Also 100 or more of dead roaches on floors and food display units throughtout premises.Also evidence of appx. 60 or more mouse droppings on floor and in between pallets in basement and massive amount of clutter in same area.Also 9 dead roaches inside a bucket of cooking grease in basement prep area.Must remove droppings and cooking grease and dead roaches from premises.Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/12/10.
