    Inspector note: Found Food handler not practicing good hygienic practices. Observed female cashier ringing up customers orders, handling cash register, wipe hands on wet cloth behind service counter and procceded to grab hot dog buns and make food order without proper hand washing per city code. Instructed that food handler/cashier must properly wash hands between all duties. Critical citation issued 7-38-010(A).

    Inspector note: Observed mice droppings-approximately 30 behind clutterred stored articles at rear along east wallbase near the hot water tank,at rear along the west wall next to 1 door refrigerator.Food establishment does have a pest control logbook on premises. Instructed to remove all rodent activity and have licensed pest control service premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
