THE OPERATOR PROCEEDED TO STICK A SCREWDRIVER IN THE WASTEWATER INLET IN ORDER FOR A FOOD LIKE THICK SUBSTANCE (NOT WASTEWATER) TO DISPENSE SLOWLY. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR WASTEWATER TANK IN ORDER TO ADEQUATE CONVEY WASTEWATER SEWAGE BY GRAVITY DRAINING.
