  Inspector note: OBSERVED BROKEN DOOR GASKET ON THE FOLLOWING COOLERS; SMALL PREP COOLER ACROSS FROM THE LARGE 2-DOOR COOLER IN THE PREP AREA. WALK IN COOLER IN REAR. ALSO, EXCESSIVE RUST ON RACKS IN WALK IN COOLER & FREEZER, AND ON MOST STORAGE RACKS IN THE KITCHEN/PREP AREA. OBSERVED ALUMINUM FOIL BEING USED ON EQUIPMENT. EXCESSIVE ICE ACCUMULATION ON THE CONDENSER, WALLS AND AROUND THE DOOR OF THE WALK IN FREEZER. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR, DETAIL CLEAN, DEFROST AND MAINTAIN ALL.
