Inspector note: DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR DRAINS THROUGHOUT THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA. REPAIR THE FLOOR COVERING THAT THAT IS CHIPPED AROUND THE MOP SINK AND IN THE PROTEIN WALK-IN COOLER. ELIMINATE THE STANDING WATER AROUND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND MAINTAIN THE FLOOR DRY.
