OBSERVED LOW WATER PRESSURE AT DUMP SINK AT SOUTHERN MOST CORNER IN FRONT BAR AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE WATER PRESSURE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FREE OF EXCESSIVE DEBRIS AND FOOD BUILD UP. • 6-501.114--OBSERVED LARGE EQUIPMENT IN REAR HALL LEADING BACK INTO DINING AREA THAT IS NO LONGER IN USE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT NEEDED FOR FUNCTION OF FACILITY.
