INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY LABEL ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS THAT ARE OUT OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HELD FOR OVER 24 HOURS, AND ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS THAT ARE IN "TO GO" FORM FOR CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE PROPER LABELS AS WELL.
