ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SUPERVISOR NOTIFIED OF CRITICAL VIOLATION. LAST PEST CONTROL INSPECTION MADE BY TERMINIX ON 4/22/13. STAFF BEGAN CLEANING AND SANITIZING WALLS AND CEILING TILES AND SPRAYING RESTAURANT SAFE CHEMICAL PROVIDED BY TERMINIX TO KILL ADULT FRUIT FLIES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
