Inspector note: Found previous minor violations not corrected from report # 1723213, dated 4/19/16. Must correct the following violations: #30 Observed prepared/portioned meat in freezer without label. Observed pies and cakes in front display cooler without labels/dates. Must maintain. #32 Observed ice build up in reach in freezers in the front prep area, and also in freezer in rear prep area. Instructed to defrost all freezers, clean, sanitize and maintain. #33 Observed dust build up on fan covers inside 2 door cooler in the kitchen. Instructed to clean and maintain. #34 Observed cracked or missing floor tiles near utility sink/back door. Instructed to repair and maintain all flooring throughout. Observed food debris and dust build up under shelving in walk in cooler. Instructed to clean and maintain. #35 Found dust build up inside hood over stove in rear kitchen area. Instructed to clean and maintain same. Serious violation 7-42-090.
