OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: SIDE OF THE PIZZA OVEN, DRY STORAGE AREA, BEHIND THE STORAGE RACK NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE, UNDER THE DISHWASHING AREA. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE THE DROPPINGS FROM THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
