INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ELIMINATE ROACHES AND CLEAN AND REMOVE RAT DROPPINGS INSIDE THE UNUSED WASHROOM AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREA. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.
