    Inspector note: Found heavily soiled floors in both hallway storage rooms F901 and F902. Must remove debris and detail clean and sanitize floors. Found damaged or heavily soiled coving in F902. Must repair areas that are damaged, and detail clean all baseboards. Must maintain all.

    Inspector note: Found exposed wood in ceiling of door frame of storage room F902. Also, found gap in ceiling of door frame where pest entry possible. Must seal hole in door frame to prevent pest entry. Also must paint or seal raw wood surface in top of door way. All surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Found excessive dust build up on the 2 ceiling vent covers on the Indian Swaad side of front prep area. Must remove dust, detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
