DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR BEHIND ALL BARS AND REMOVE STANDING WATER. FLOOR BEHIND THE MAIN BAR IS NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST RESURFACE THE FLOOR SO THAT WATER DOES NOT POOL BEHIND THE BAR. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM CLOSET. REGROUT THE FLOOR TILES IN FRONT OF THE EAST BAR.
