    Inspector note: All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. NO RUNNING WATER ON PREMISES AS REQUIRED FOR A RETAIL FOOD OPERATION. MANAGER STATES THAT WATER WAS TURNED OFF BECAUSE LANDLORD DID NOT PAY THE WATER BILL. LANDLORD WENT TO PAY THE BILL BUT THE WATER DEPT SAID IT WOULD BE A COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE WATER WOULD BE RESTORED. WATER WAS TURNED OFF ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE MY INSPECTION BEGAN PER MANAGER. MUST RESTORE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER TO ESTABLISHMENT.
