INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN SAID FLOORS AND MAINTAIN. • OBSERVED CHIPPED PAINT AND A SMALL OPENING IN THE WALL UNDER THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE FOOD PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAID WALL TO MAKE THE WALL SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.
