OBSERVED STANDING WATER INSIDE OF THE OPEN DRAIN FOR THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. WHEN WATER WAS DRAINED OUT OF THE SINK, THE DRAIN WATER OVERFLOWED ONTO THE FLOOR OF THE PREP AREA. MANAGEMENT PROVIDED TOOLS TO ROD OUT THE DRAIN SO THAT THE SINK WAS ABLE TO PROPERLY DRAIN. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
