Inspector note: FOUND THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NOT MAINTAINED. UNABLE TO SEE THE COMPARTMENT SINKS, ON TOP OF IT WAS 5 BOXES FULL OF ITEMS INCLUDED A BOX OF BANANAS AND A STEP STOOL. FAUCET WAS TURN TO THE LEFT. ALSO NO RUNNING HOT WATER, MANAGER HAD TURNED IT OFF FROM THE WATER VALVE UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK DUE TO HOT WATER CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING. WASTE WATER IS BACKING UP AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT A PLUMBER.ITEMS WAS REMOVED, INFORMATION GIVEN ON KEEPING SINK AVAILABLE: WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE. PREMISES SELLS FRESH COFFEE. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-030
