NEED TO CLEAN ENCRUSTED FOOD FROM SIDE OF COOKING EQUIPMENT ALSO REMOVE GREASE. 34 - REPLACE BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN WOMEN'S WASHROOM AROUND TOILET BOWL AND WASHBOWL. 34 - MUST PROVIDE FLOOR TILES UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT (WOK) EAST SIDE - FLOOR UNEVEN - A RECEMENTED AREA WITH NO SMOOTH SURFACE. 35 - REMOVE ABSORBENT MATERIAL FROM UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. REPLACE IN WITH DRYWALL - PAINT IT - SURFACE MUST BE NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL, SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE. 38 - PROVIDE STOPPERS. CITATION #62725-15
