    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. Over 30 mouse droppings were found around and under shelving and baseboards throughout the rear storage and bathroom area. Active rodent holes in the baseboards of the bathroom, behind the sliding door cooler and in the back door pest strip. Remove all evidence of pest activity, seal all outer openings and holes in the baseboards and clean up all areas of possible harborage.
