WE OBSERVED NEW RAT DROPPINGS BEHIND HOT WATER TANK.RE-INSTRUCTED TO RODENT MENTIONED DOOR AND REMOVE RAT DROPPINGS. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020
