    Inspector note: Found potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures at the breakfast buffet: 1lb of cut honeydew melon at 48.8, 1lb of ham at 48.2f, 1.5lbs of cheese at 53.1f, and 1lb of hardboiled eggs at 57.9f. Operator discarded and denatured said food. Instructed facility to maintain all potentially hazardous foods at 40f or below or 140f or above. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).

Facility removed all items during inspection. Instructed facility to adequately shield/protect all food items at all times and to maintain. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
