    Inspector note: All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. All food shelving and surfaces in the kitchen and bar are dirty. Clean, rinse and sanitize all buildup and degrease the equipment and surfaces in detail from top to bottom. Remove encrusted food buildup from under and around the dish machine and delime the dishmachine interior.

Move away from the walls every piece of kitchen equipment and remove all of the loose debris, food and grease buildup until they are clean and sanitary.
