INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS USING SOAP AND HOT WATER (TO COMFORT) WHEN MULTI-TASKING, HANDLING RAW, READY TO EAT, ETC. **PROPER HAND WASHING DEMONSTRATED** CITATION #64672-18 ISSUED
