  Inspector note: Observed excessive dried food and debris build up on wire shelving unit in walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain it all times.

  Inspector note: Observed unfinished plastered wall and ceiling in rear closet located in dining area next to customer restroom. The door frame of same closet was missing frame work, in side of the closet. Also observed unfinished plastered ceiling and raw wood floor in front closet next to front door. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to repair and seal said area and maintain at all times.
