    Inspector note: Observed rear exposed hand sink basin blocked and inaccessible. At time of inspection, said exposed hand sink had 2 bags of pickles and 1 bag of olives in sink basin. Instructed manager that exposed hand sinks must be accessible, not blocked, whenever foods are prepared and or served, to ensure proper hand washing. Manager corrected violations during inspection.     Inspector note: Observed 60 or more rodent/rat droppings in the following areas: -Basement storage area, located in middle of basement, along floor and wall junction, underneath chairs, boxes, etc. As well as underneath basement stair case. -1st floor in middle electrical closet in dining room, along floor and wall junction. Instructed manager to, detail clean said areas and schedule appointment with pest control operator to eliminate activity before re inspection date. Serious violation #7-38-020

    Inspector note: Observed unfinished plastered wall and ceiling in rear closet located in dining area next to customer restroom. The door frame of same closet was missing frame work, in side of the closet. Also observed unfinished plastered ceiling and raw wood floor in front closet next to front door. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to repair and seal said area and maintain at all times.

    Inspector note: Observed spider webs, clutter and unused restaurant, chairs, equipment, boxes and dead rodents in basement storage area. Instructed manager to, remove any unnecessary items, organize and detail clean area. Maintain it all times.
