INSTRUCTED MANAGER THE PROPER WAY OF SETTING THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND TO RE WASH ALL THE FOOD CONTAINERS AND DISHES AND PUT SANITIZER ON THE 3RD COMPARTMENT SINK. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030. MANAGER PUT THE NEW CONTAINER OF THE SANITIZER AND HER EMPLOYEE RE WASHED ALL THE UTENSILS, FOOD CONTAINERS AND DISHES AGAIN WITH THE SANITIZER ON THE 3RD COMPARTMENT SINK.
