PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED. • OBSERVED FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR NOT COMPLETELY RODENT PROOFED AS REQUIRED; INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A DOOR SWEEP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR TO AVOID POSSIBLE RODENT ENTRY.
