THE FOLLOWING AREAS WERE OBSERVED WITH MICE DROPPINGS: ON THE FLOORS NEAR THE ORANGE CARBON DIOXIDE TANKS NEAR THE 1 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE DISHWASHING AREA, UNDER AND ON THE SIDES OF THE FLOORS WHERE THE METAL SHELVING UNITS AND FOOD PREP TABLE IN THE REAR HALLWAY NEAR THE DISHWASHING AREA, IN THE CABINET UNDER THE HANDWAHSING SINK IN THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA, IN THE LOWER CABINETS UNDER THE REGISTER AND THE FRONT HOT AND COLD HOLDING UNITS BEHIND BOXES. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED
