OBSERVED SMALL DEAD FLIES ON THE FLOORS INSIDE OF EQUIPEMNT, THE FLOORS THROUGHT THE BASEMENT, STAIRCASE LEADING UP TO THE 1ST FLOOR, AND BEHIND STORAGE RACKS. ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE BASEMENT MUST BE WASHED, RINSED, AND SANITIZED. ANIMAL FECES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR AND THE FLOOR MUST BE DETAIL CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
