Inspector note: BROKEN RUBBER GASKET AT INTERIOR DOOR OF THE TWO DOOR REACH-IN COOLER AT REAR EAST SIDE,INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.DO NOT USE SCOTCH TAPE TO REPAIR SAID GASKET,REMOVE TAPE FROM REPAIRED RUBBER GASKET AT SAME UNIT. BROKEN RUBBER GASKET AT REACH-IN COOLER UNDER THE COUNTER TOP ACCROSS FROM ICE MACHINE. SPLASH GUARD IS NEEDED BETWEEN THE EXPOSED REAR SINK AND METAL SHELF. BROKEN INTERIOR LINER INSIDE THE CHEST WHITE FREEZER, EXPOSED INSULATION AND CARDBOARD ARE USED TO SEAL OPENING AT SAID LID.INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR REPLACE INTERIOR LID. KNIFE STORED ON TOP THE METAL COUNTER TOP,NEED TO REMOVE AND PROVIDE KNIFE RACK TO MINIMIZE SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION. REPLACE MISSING SWING DOOR BETWEEN DINING AND PREP FRONT AREA.ALL REPAIRED ITEMS MUST BE SMOOTH,CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
