Inspector note: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE BASEMENT BEHIND THE COOLER UNITS AND UNDER THE STORAGE RACKS AGAINST THE WALL. THE BASEMENT IS USED FOR FOOD STORAGE ONLY, NO PREPARATION AREAS. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE STORAGE CLOSET ACROSS FROM THE EMPLOYEE/CUSTOMER BATHROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR. OBSERVED 5 DEAD ROACHES ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT AND 1 DEAD ROACH IN THE STORAGE CLOSET MENTIONED ABOVE. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
