Inspector note: THE EXPOSED HAND SINK DID NOT DRAIN DURING INITIAL HAND WASHING WHEN THE INSPECTION BEGAN. A PLUMBER WAS CALLED AND IS ON SITE AND THE EXPOSED HAND SINK DRAIN WAS RODDED OUT AND WATER BEGAN TO FLOW DOWN THE DRAIN. MAINTAIN THE EXPOSED HAND SINK SO IT DRAINS PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES.
