ALSO OBSERVED REAR EXIT SCREEN DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED AT THE BOTTOM; INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT IF DOOR IS GOING TO BE OPEN IT MUST BE RODENT PROOFED THE PROPER WAY AT THE BOTTOM; MUST CORRECT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND CONSULT WITH PEST CONTROL COMPANY REGARDING FINDINGS. RECOMMENDED SERVICE FROM PEST CONTROL PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-012 ISSUED.
