FOUND TEN MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE DEEP FREEZER IN FRONT OF THE ELECTRICAL BOX AND SIXTY ON THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT BY THE CLOSET, SODA POP STORAGE AND ALONG THE WALL. ALSO OBSERVED REAR EXIT SCREEN DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED AT THE BOTTOM; INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT IF DOOR IS GOING TO BE OPEN IT MUST BE RODENT PROOFED THE PROPER WAY AT THE BOTTOM; MUST CORRECT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND CONSULT WITH PEST CONTROL COMPANY REGARDING FINDINGS. RECOMMENDED SERVICE FROM PEST CONTROL PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-012 ISSUED.
