ALSO OBSERVED PLUMBER'S PUTTY INSIDE ALL THREE COMPARTMENTS OF THE KITCHEN 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO REMOVE PLUMBER'S PUTTY AND ANY OTHER TOXIC MATERIALS AND TO MAINTAIN.
