THE THERMOSTAT WAS TURNED DOWN TO 36F AND THE AIR TEMPERATURE MEASURED AT 39F INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. EMPIRE COOLER TECHNICIAN WAS ONSITE TO REPAIR THE COOLERS. PREP LINE COOLER WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
