THE CAT WAS OUTSIDE OF THE CAGE ON TOP OF STORED ITEMS IN THE BASEMENT. BASEMENT HAS A WALK-IN UNIT, DRY GOODS AND CONTAINERS USED FOR FOOD ITEMS. INSTRUCTED OWNER TO REMOVE ITEMS AND CAT FROM THE PREMISES AND NOT RETURN AS LIVE ANIMALS CAN NOT BE ON PREMISES IN A RETAIL FOOD OPERATION. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-005(A).
