Inspector note: PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #1229500 ON 6/8/12 NOT CORRECTED: 19/01 - OBSERVED EXCESSIVE LITTER AND GARBAGE ON THE GROUND AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS AND A BROKEN LID ON ONE OF THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE AREA AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS AND REPLACE THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER LID. THE AREA WAS CLEANED, HOWEVER, THE BROKEN LID ON THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER WAS NOT REPLACED. MANAGEMENT MADE A CALL TO ALLIED WASTE TO HAVE THE DUMPSTER REPLACED. THE REPLACEMENT WAS MADE DURING THE INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090
