WOOD PALLETS, PLASTIC BINS & BUCKETS, BAGS OF GARBAGE AND CAR SEAT MOVED FROM GROUND TO OPEN BED OF PARKED PICK-UP TRUCK,CARDBOARD BOX FILLED WITH GARBAGE AND PLASTIC CUPS STILL REMAINS ON REAR WALKWAY AND OPEN GARBAGE CAN STILL REMAINS AT REAR EXIT DOOR NEXT TO PARKING LOT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM SURROUNDING GROUNDS. LICENSE SUSPENDED AT THIS TIME BY C.D.P.H.
