FOUND 30 DROPPINGS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PREP TABLE NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE IN THE KITCHEN, 20 IN THE FRYER CABINET, 30 ON THE FLOOR OF BOTH STORAGE ROOMS UNDERNEATH THE SHELVES AND SIX BEHIND THE DEEP FREEZERS ON THE FLOOR; MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND CONSULT WITH PEST CONTROL COMPANY. LANDMARK PC SERVICED ON YESTERDAY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 ISSUED.
