OBSERVED RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE CORNERS OF WALK-IN COOLING UNITS AND ALONG THE GREEN WALL TRIMMINGS IN THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA BY THE REGISTER. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL, HAVE ADDITIONAL SERVICE PROVIDED. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE PROOF OF PEST SERVICE UPON REQUESTED RE-INSPECTION. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020 (A)
