WEST SIDE STORAGE MICE DROPPINGS UNDER SHELVES. RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER EXPOSED HAND SINK IN UTENSIL WASHING ROOM. DROPPINGS ON LEDGES BEHIND BENCHES IN DINING ROOM. OVER 80 DROPPINGS. ALSO STILL OBSERVED SMALL FLIES IN BAR AREA: INSIDE THE POP GUN DISPENSER AND UNDER THE BAR COUNTER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS AND EQUIPMENT/SURFACES. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE NEEDED. ON 7-31-12 OBSERVED BUILDING MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE WORKING ON FLOOR DRAIN IN REAR KITCHEN/STORAGE. UNABLE TO FIX DUE TO NEED TO REPLACE/REPAIR PLUMBING IN BASEMENT AREA. #24-WATER BACKING UP FROM FLOOR DRAIN IN FRONT OF 2 COMPARTMENT SINK, EXPOSED HAND SINK AND MOP SINK, REAR AREA SECOND KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO FIX PROBLEM. CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-42-090.
