Also, observed numerous amounts of empty boxes, uncleaned utensils and storage containers, over 10-5 gallon containers of used cooking oil and food debris on ground outside of rear exit door leading to dumpster in alley. Instructed to detail clean area and have lids tight fitting to prevent rodent and insect entry. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
