Found mice dropping in corner of rear toilet room-right side approximately 10 droppings, and in basement under sewer drainline approximately 10. Found front entry door not rodent proofed, 1/4 inch gap acroos bottom of wooden door. Also, pest control log book not maintained on premises. Instructed to rodent proof door to prevent rodent and insect entry. Must remove all activity and have a license pest control company service premises and provided pest control log book with all required documents. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
