Inspector note: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 8-10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE WALL UNDER THE GLYCOL SYSTEM AND A GARBAGE CAN WITH 10-15 LIVE FRUIT FLIES FLYING AROUND IT BOTH IN THE MAINTENANCE ROOM ADJACENT TO THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA WITH THE DOOR OPEN AND 8-10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON EQUIPMENT STORED ABOVE THE ICE MACHINE AND ON THE WALL BEHIND THE ICE MACHINE BOTH IN THE REAR PREP AREA. ALSO OBSERVED 1-2 INCH OPENINGS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE 3 EXTERIOR FRONT ROTATING DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE ABOVE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY AND SEAL THE OPENINGS AT THE 3 EXTERIOR FRONT ROTATING DOORS.
