    Inspector note: Outer openings not protected or rodent proofed. Front double set of entry doors has 1/4 inch gap in middle at bottom and overhead door for carts and rear receiving has 1/2 to 1 inch gap across bottom. Also, observed live gnats in produce area on onions-approximately 15. Instructed to rodent proof doors to prevent rodent and insect entry. And have licensed pest control company service premises and remove live gnats. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
