MUST DETERMINE SOURCE, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN DRY FLOOR. REMOVE ACCUMULATED DIRT AND DEBRIS ON FLOORS ALONG WALLS IN BASEMENT AND 1ST FLOORS.

DETAIL CLEAN SHELVING AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT STORE TO REMOVE GRIME AND DUST. WATER ON WALL UNDER MAIN PIPE IN NORTH SHELF ROOM IN BASEMENT. DETERMINE SOURCE. MAINTAIN DRY FLOOR. FRONT LEFT DOOR MISALIGNED. MUST REPAIR.
